According to Sean, him PM'ing ( Personal Messaging )anybody on a public board while the case is in litigation could bring immediate dismissal. I have 3 pages already that Treaty Legal is reviewing. And why I've heard will be addressed to the court of Judge Jerry Brown on Jun 12th.
So the lesson learned he is " YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID " Sure glad I'm not his shoes. His address on the Internet, lots of other angry litigants... Yikes
