SIRG would need some permits to load and haul the ore along with a road use permit. MPM would need a MPO modification to process off site ore and maybe an APP modification. Problem is, we don't know if MPM has excess capacity and how long it would take to get their MPO modified or if they are even interested.

Not sure whose land the ore would be hauled over.
