I just read that post Integracer02.  Your theory sounds as good as any until we hear officially from Hollund.   This all indicates the serious need for a press release clarifying the situation for all investors.  After all, if the conversion is a good thing, then why not just tell us?  And why did Jason tell us the money did not go to Hollund Industrial Marine?  If the money went instead to HIRS, then that too is helping to build HIMR as long as it goes toward building a TigerLynk.
