Now is the time for the execution phase on "Delivery of Tangibles" The "Fiscal Year has ended for DUTV" there will be only one Quarter of TORQ Revenue accounted for in the annual report. TORQ was registered as an LLC in Utah and as such all "Profits" must be distributed through the year to its employees.

The Annual Report is due out July 15th.
