Well I know lonnie was with aqci in 2006, also pres. Of hirs and founder of hlld/himr. Aqci purchased tigerlynk from Gary ackles in 2006 with lonnie on board at that time. Then lonnie resigned from aqci in 2007 and decided he would purchase tigerlynk from aqci with hirs. Which he did partially making a payment in march of 2008 by issuing 750,000 shares of hlld/himr to aqci/valor energy. Then had an agreement with aqci and himr utilize the tigerlynk in operations. Eventually himr bought 100% of hirs with lonnie on board and I believe we sit now with lonnie as pres. Of hirs.
