I get your point JB.   I also understand your disappointment over recent HIMR events.  This conversion might seem a simple act, but in my opinion, it turned the positive momentum into a negative until we hear something substantial.  While one disappointment might be lived with, another will not, and forward looking statements of "some day" simply will not cut it for everyone.  I still must wonder about a press release indicating a second concession was near approval when they don't even have the first as far as we know.  I welcome being surprised that they did get a concession, but the next move must be something big and of that importance to make a difference.  IMO
