Re: Kubi5 #4239

My  God ,Kubi-we'll have to put u on the payroll-if there was one - maybe use some paragraphs to facilitate easier reading.

Anyway, the 1st thought as to new owner is automatically Bao- its their 45k ton or more ore on ship and our friend Mr Zhao-Pres of Bao Brazil-has been seen watching over every aspect of the mine and chinese are buying up everything esp iron mines

but I researched comtex-the pr outlet-which I'd never heard of- a 'no info' otc co w .35pps and little or no trading-a very unlikely news outlet for Bao- Chinese dont try to hide ownership -they are aggressively putting their signature on everything they buy so using comtex and the little known name we've never heard of of a local indigenous group is not their style

ca 800 mill chinese speak english including bao usa but usually something of the flavor, mannerisms,or linguistics of the original slips thru-and i dont see that in the pr. Easier for a closer language group like spanish to do that

whoever it is has money-when you buy controlling interest in 1 fell swoop you are buying a discount of the future profits

and familiarity w cwrn and the iron mining industry-as does Navial-which surrounds some of cwrn's inholding concessions

Navial is in the iron mining business but hasnt shipped yet to my knowledge so buying a working mine would be a good fit/ experience for their very large planned operations

and is a big organization-public or private, to be able to put financials in this situation, prospectus etc together in ca 30 days, and the tone of the pr suggests the political bluster of a big organization sure of itself

so if not bao this suggests a large mining outfit somewhere nearby as CWRN is known intimately only by Bao on the international scene, and the only large mining outfit I know of in baja is Navial- which we've done extensive dd/posting about in the past-so I dont know but cant think of anybody else-USA iron mining organizations are not expanding and have not come calling to our knowledge
