I did some research today regarding the beneficial shareholders of Hollund Industrial Marine and found that Lonnie Hayward is the beneficial shareholder awarded the Class C shares.  Lonnie could have transferred ownership since then, but he is likely to be the individual who converted his Class C shares.

Lonnie Hayward is the beneficial shareholder who was issued 700,000 Class C shares by Mr. John Haylock, president of Hollund Industrial Marine on April 20, 2011.

Lonnie Hayward is listed as the founder of Hollund Industrial Marine, Inc.

If someone has the time to research who Lonnie Hayward is, where he obtained his money, and what he is doing now, it might be helpful.
