More of Treaty's exaggerations. Treaty claims in the court doc. That there are 8,000 shareholders. Seems a little high to me. This looks more like it. OTC says 1,490 and that was almost a year ago. Likely a lot less now...
They are other companies, funds, groups and partnerships that own TECO stock. They are counting those individuals from those investing entities....
