GOSY's "actual" float is mostly "air" shares.  In other words, over 1250 are small shareholders that consider GOSY a "mattress" stock. The dozen or so that actually hold a million or more are all well known to the company and also long.  So most of the volatility is due to the shorters shorting away desperate to get someone to dump.  Since none of the large holders are so inclined since they know the tech and markets are real, they sit tight.  Most are in at 1-2 cents.  Only the shorters are in the subpenny and they are highly motivated to not be squeezed and forced to cover.
