Well, The END of the "FISCAL YEAR" is the Close of Buisness Today for DUTV. I do not believe there will be any wiggle room on that one. The Annual Report is due the 15th of July. So what we get between Now and Then is yet to be seen.

As for TORQ REVENUES....It is a matter of record that TORQ was registered with the State of UTAH as an "LLC". As a Limited Liability Company it is required to distribute all pofits throughout the year dristributed to its listed employees and would not provide any financial revenue to DUTV until after the M&A activity was completed. Bottom line is at most we could see will be contained in the Annual Report for TORQ Revenues for the 4th Quarter of DUTV
