I spoke to some folks yesterday and some things have occurred leading me to believe an X Factor has made a move 1 1/2 to 2 steps forward. This info did not come from home office. I consider it to be very reliable. I know it's a long shot, but long shots come in everyday if you've been to the track.LOL

The shape of level 2 and size of the bids tells me it's no longer a long shot. It's plausible and likely.....Get ready...

My calculations concerning this X Factor put the PPS much higher.
