Invest in ICPA based on the scope of what Steve is putting together. Look at what's happening all around and how the potential is becoming reality. The CEO goes out of his way to keep us informed yet nervous nellies still doubt his word. No one ever makes money buying into a company priced at the top of it's value. If your biggest concern is dilution that the CEO is taking advantage of the shareholders here, it seems your plan to turn a quick buck didn't pan out. Hope huh?
