We feel the 1st  quarter revenues could not have been much because he lost 40 million of his stated 60 million homes.  We are spending our time recovering and rebuilding. Unless we spend a great deal of money to sue him he would give us nothing.  Based on him losing more stations and almost all the producers of shows not being paid we don't feel he has anything to recover money from.  The only winner would be the attorney.
