Over the past year.....yourself and shareholders are victims of massive fraud, and theft and your solution was to give the perpetrator everything he asked for including property and revenues associated with the ongoing business while accepting the losses associated with the business including the cost of conducting the upfront.... moreover you did not notice the the complete diversion of revenues or the loss of affiliates until April?...BTW... Collins posted here that you were in sole possession of the corporate records and financials and that he had repeatedly requested disclosure..... and the happy face is that you learned enough to do it yourself a second time?
