I would like to think that something as important as an involuntary BK would be answered as soon as possible and with a very aggressive response to have the case dismissed.  Then I would hope that TECO would move forward to sue those trying to interfere with operations which seems to have enough day to day difficulties without the need for outside interference making it that much more difficult.
