I am now convinced NorthCal simply told himr, hey guys, sounds like a good plan. If you can come up with a concession and some financing and a Tigerlynk, count us in. But if not, good luck. Can someone tell me what NorthCal has done to help himr or increase our PPS? And I don't mean some rinky-dink office. Sorry if some don't like my opinion, but it is what it is.
