I could make a guess if I could compare the animal data vs human data at each dose. Can't venture anything but speculation without that. Can't even give the 'usual' confidently - ie, if it is common for most phI studies to reach mtd around cohort 5-6. we can't apply that here - because this is totally novel agent with novel mechanism of action - so no comparisons available pharmaceutically...Personally - I do think MTD a little later than usual - maybe cohorts 7-8...

We can't use prior results to predict because we'd need both human and animal data to do so. We do not know what the metabolic differences are. Need both data sets to offer any sound speculation here. Without both - we're all just making shit up!
