TCPS CEO meeting with Council today, next filings/news..... Hole lot of DD here to browse.....
TCPS is clearly undervalued, with mrkt cap under 2mil and $50-100mil in active patents with 75mil of NOLS, recent revival means things are back on track....
TCPS MVNO Technology HUGE Market
TCPS was at $150M market cap in 2007 with a 55M O/S with liquidity, currently market ca right at 1mil.It was trading a million shares a day at $2.50. The main genius is Hickling. It now has a 78M O/S, and IMO, this reorganization will keep it under 100M O/S. The regeneration of interest in the tech mixed with a possible Hickling Apr 2013 patent mixed in...well you know my thoughts.

Then, consider how TCPS is likely to aim at offering these MVNO's circuitry that allows phones to switch carriers/networks without reprogramming and replacing SIM cards. It's insanity and possibly, just might be, worth the B$ wo.
Ok I spoke to Anthony, WE STRUCK GOLD HERE here are the key parts:
1. Pignatello wants tcps because of its extremely valuable patents and tcps owns valuable shell assets as well!!!
2. we will remaim in pinks for now but he plans on higher exchange due to the fact that TCPS is very very valuable and he does not want it trading in pinks...wants an exchange upgrade.
3. Plans on full disclosure before the end of next week..
4. is meeting tomorrow with the former council of TCPS tomorrow(my guess to finalize the deal between them).
5. There will be sizeable changes made here with TCPS
