Are you kidding me?  I don't give a chit if management was lied to by York or not.  Who hired York?  Who didn't get off their arse to go and see for themselves that they might be getting lied to at our expense?  I've been a TECO investor for 3 years and we just this month might have 50 BPD.  OH BOY! POP THE CHAMPAGNE!  At this rate I'll be dead before I see green so something better be going on "behind the curtain".
