Not really. 2.5 million is not nearly "many". I am not saying having such a low float is a bad thing, but it keeps away a certain investment crowd. Even at higher prices if people are doing nothing but holding shares, which seems like the intention here with the dividend and such, then it will be right back to where it is now.

Instutional buyers especially like liquidity. You won't get that with a .15 dividend... people will hold. Creating the stand off you have right now just at a higher price.
