Do you think these worldwide oncologists have the Kevetrin presentation marked as a "Can't Miss" function or could it possibly get lost in the multitudes of presentations?

I know we all think Kevetrin is the biggest thing to hit cancer research of all time, but is this view shared by those in the field?  Has Kevetrin been pushed that much in oncology publications to make this a standing room only presentation and Q/A?
