We are in the middle of a big change and launch coming in September. We are signing up affiliates, new program partners and advertisers. Everybody is 24/7 over here and as soon as we can we will talk about our progress we will.  I can say the biggest difference our network will bring is true local presence in every city we broadcast in.  We are not forming affiliate revenue sharing partnership. We will operate the local affiliate stations in each city we broadcast in.  This means our Network programing will be combined with local news, weather, traffic, restaurant reviews, local movie screenings for the Hollywood studios and events.  This launch is ambitious and unlike any other network launch in recent history due to the local presence in each city.  We will be also expand across all media platforms through with our out-of-home partners to deliver our presence deeply into each city.  This launch in September will bring everything we have build over the last 8 years together.
