NOTE: Sprint is CDMA, I can see Sprint being a big proponent of TCPS because it'll allow T-Mobile/ATT users to switch over to MVNO's that use Sprint without buying a new phone.

Also found that MVNO revenue was $70B in 2012 not including phone purchases.
