geo is charged w rico violations, SEC prohibited bob and his servants/employees from issuing stock-penny stock bar-so not allowed to raise money corporately or privately in the usual ways-6 months in club fed is persuasive and he stopped communicating-it was no longer fun and hadnt been for a couple of years w all the harassment

I understand the need for closure and i've been burned too  plus lost 1000's of hours time providing dd people often dont read or understand-

I think Bob should share his reasoning now that he is a private citizen again to give people the closure they obviously need- dont think sec can stop that now that he no longer has any assoc w the co-maybe when he's had a chance to get some rest-

but u know- dam business rules- they've probably got an NDA against public disclosure
