Spoke with Jim in IR for about 20 minutes this morning and he indicated that they are not going to need the amount of financing they indicated in the March PR. He said they have several offers every week for the financing but were holding out for the investor they were talking to because the terms were slightly better. Business is rapidly increasing, bought 2 mil shares this week, hope to add 8 mil more next week
