The Misstep was on DUTV'S part not filling sooner. The end of the Fiscal Year is Friday, so I am looking for next week.

Keep up the Good Work, Did you expand this site and read the "Postings " I had placed for "ALL" to read and formulate their opinion and make their decision with what they have. The other PDF'S were encrypted and I have only been able to pass on to folks on my Earthlink.
