Impressive background BWD!  I remember coming up with great ideas just to be initially shot down too.  Then they come back and say to me "what was that middle part again'?  Now we like it!  Now we want it!  Oh well! 

I guess that is where we do differ though.  I am a masochist and miss the abuse!  LOL!  Can't wait to get back in the shit!  LOL!  But then again maybe CDFT will rescue those bastards from my wrath!  LOL again!  Just joking of course!  I am just a kind of guy who thrives on challenge and love to fix something that is broken and be everyone's hero at the end of the day.  I also thrive on teaching someone something new and learning something new.  That is just me!
