I think the rapid rise will occur immediately upon the company becoming 100% compliant. And huge news on top of that would be the application for the uplisting to the QB along with audited financials. Add to that the share reduction of approx 400 mil shares from the OS and subsequent conversion to the Non-Convertible preferred.  One only needs to point to the fact that hardly any, if any at all, have ever done this as a pink sheet company.
