Good points! Though it is the manipulation keeping TECO down and stopping it was my point.  I am just hoping that ongoing oil production will eventually squash these manipulators like bugs. My bet is they fight to the bitter end and keep the PPS stalled for as long as possible.  Were ERHE,  EGOH and ECCE being manipulated?  I am in agreement that in the end the battle will be won in the oil fields.
