On another note; if the powers at hand had the capability  to bring TECO down then they would have done it by now.  TECO is beyond it's weakest point IMO.  Maybe it will be all up from here albeit slowly due to the manipulators ongoing pressure and then kaboom;  they blow them out of the water later this year.
