There is nothing illegal about an email being sent out by a blog. The reason the stock got into trouble before was because their were paid promotions that went on and the folks who were shorting the stock were taking a major financial beating so they tipped off otcmarkets of the paid promotion. The company did not pay for those promotions. It cleared its name and the CE came off. Full Impact Stock Picks is not a paid promotion site. Its an investor's website providing due diligence to investors for free. Totally legit and legal. I know the site owner personally. They like $DUSS a whole lot !!
