The process that the regulators have to go through is time-consuming, as well.  The regulators right now have two dozen people working on Baltia's SAI's . . . they are well over half done . . . and expect to have the balance done within a couple of weeks - - - remember, there are thousands of these probing, interfacing questions that make certain that Baltia's manual system is adequate.

So, you see  -  Baltia is waiting on them now, and working on a lot of other necessary infrastructure to get operational.  People keep demanding to know "when?" - - - and Baltia is waiting on the feds, but expects them to complete their very hard work soon.  Then more hard work, including pilot training, etc etc.
