Did you see how that work on L2?  Once VFIN got filled at .0006 then VFIN went to .0006 and NITE moved down from .0007 to join VFIN at .0006 the new ASK.

VFIN and NITE has been working together to push price down and down.  It is becoming obvious by day.   They got filled at bid (either real fill or just fake filled themselves) then lower the ASK.  This happen when there is lack of activities in trading especially the buy side.
