The question is HOW is this permitted to occur??  Manipulation exists, but where are the regs that prevent it?  That's the real problem.

I think there are VERY FEW things government should be permitted to do...but this would fall under the permissible category for me.  The market needs to be free from manipulation - and we all know it certainly is not.
