Nothing like being able to short and distort and never have to report. Not just the short position, but the compensation to distort.

The crews that work one another's short plays are allowed to make claims that are false and misleading for a profit to themselves or their conspirators for the collapse of a stocks PPS.

Yet those long are required to provide documentation to profit on the increase of a stock's PPS.

Remember, longs do not lose money during a pump, while the PPS is increasing. Only during a short and distort or when the PPS drastically is manipulated down.

So IMO, those shorting and distorting are guilty of two crimes. Profiting on stock manipulation, and causing others to lose money on said manipulation.

While pump and dumpers are only guilty of one crime, and that is making a profit while creating an opportunity for others to make a profit as well.

The criminals of today wrote the regulations and the rules years back. Now they operate within a dark and secret world of loopholes and liaisons.
