TRTC SEC Form 10-Q Not Correct !!

This will become SEC FORM 10-QA ( Audited & Amended )

The 10-Q now is not audited and has some big mistakes.

9. NOTE PAYABLE

Notes payable is as follows:

Senior secured promissory notes dated March 23, 2013, issued to accredited investors, maturing November 22, 2013, bearing interest at a rate of 60% per annum. Principal and interest may be converted into common stock based on the average trading price of the ten days prior to maturity at the holders’ option.   825,000

The above 60% instead only 6% is one of the big mistakes

and will already reduce the Losses by $ 742,500 !

It confirms also we need to wait for the audited

and amended SEC 10-QA Version soon to follow.
