Do me a favor. Show me where the estimated net 10 BPD formula comes from. I think that estimate is incorrect. Where is that formula posted or what public DD is that based on? Reason I'm confident is because TECO wasn't going to work with any wells providing less than 15 barrels per day. That BPD in terms of dollars isn't worth their time as an operator.
