Hello Thank you for your interest and concern. I cannot comment publicly regarding a merger or acquisition at this time . Until negotiations are finalized and reported to the SEC and BCSC, I cannot offer any definitive information . Clearly my goal is to keep current values wholesome and shareholder friendly, while rebuilding the Company .
