Chronological History Of Baltia
My next 3 posts will be a chronological history of Baltia Airlines. Baltia has struggled for years to get this Airline off the ground (pun intended). They have had some horrible bad luck with financial firms that tried to arrange financing. Also at certain times U.S. / Russian Relations were not conducive to a new international Airline between the two countries.
If nothing else this History shows what a big deal Baltia Airlines is/could be. Baltia Airlines has been connected to several Wall Street Firms and even a potential NASDAQ IPO.
Baltia Airlines finally got tired of all the nonsense and took matters into their own hands. In 2006 Baltia initiated a Private Placement, basically Financing Baltia Airlines via selling shares of Baltia Stock. The PP has been a resounding success, Baltia has all the Funding needed. Baltia Airlines is well along in the FAA Certification Process, per my Due Diligence Baltia should have its Inaugural Flight this Fall.
