the glass represents structure, form, solidity. things one might have with information. but getting information from lawsuits (speculators w/o a nda) does not really qualify to me.

i don't see the watermark as "half" either, which makes assumption about a 50-50 proposition doesn't it? i don't assume i have enough info to say where the water is and i see no glass at this time either. too much unknown, this has not been a transparent company for it's shareholders, that we should all be able to agree on.
