As usual, lots of questions - the Mercator operated Mineral Park mine needs to have extra capacity to process the ore as they are the only mill site within 80 miles. They will also need to get their MPO and APP permits modified to process off site ore. But from what I understand permit modifications are fairly simple, have seen a couple of them at the copper mines down here. That Tolling Agreement would solve most of SIRG's problems fairly quickly.
