Right. I guess my point was is those shares are usually done at 50% current market value. But we haven't traded near that. Shares should have converted at .001 at the lowest. So only 145 million shares give or take would have been given to repay the debt. If or when those shares hit the market the pay back at todays trading levels would be a payout of about 1.5 million. Kinda a big difference on the payback and also the amount of shares that would impact the float.
