it wouldn't be in the 10Q as that is regarding the period ending March 2013 and since the Min Gene Silencing deal is in May it wont be reflected until the 10Q for that quarter.

As far as deciphering the legalize? (legaleeze!) of the Min Gene Silencing contract? Not going to try........way beyond my understanding, but, i will say this; BMSN has posted that they own the rights to developing the patent as was reported to the SEC and Edgar posting. I believe them!
