One of the main drivers of Punch was the must-carry rules. Is this applicable (or other) to VU?

FYI: Interesting chart link below. Network TV shows are mostly vanilla and the ratings reflect that. I realize that production budgets can get crazy, but there's never been a better time for better shows, IMO. Formula drama isn't working.
