Well - you know me. To say the mtd will equal efficacious dose is pure speculation. We cannot derive such a guess from the animal studies. The animal studies are most helpful as a guide to safe starting dose but offer little correlation to dose in humans at which efficacy can be seen. Wish it were not so - but it is!

Still - I hope for efficacy to be seen in this trial! We all do! But it rarely happens - even with agents like Kevetrin that shine in preclinicals.
