Hello SW - I am alive - I was just checking on my vitals.
I read the awesome poem - FNMA and FMCC are very inspiring. I am not sure how far or how fast they will go. Right now, 5% means 10 cents which equates a great return for lots of people-it is getting in the serious zone now in term of gains especially for the early birds
