If my kid's Pop Warner football team starts a drive against the Baltimore Ravens at their 30 yard line instead of the 10 yard line is the "probability" that they score a touchdown greater? Of course it is.

Is it anymore likely that they will end up putting the ball in the endzone? Absolutely not!

Same with a clinical trial. It is great that the MTD hasn't been reached . . . but there is so much more that can happen between now and the end of the trial. Speculating about results is purely meaningless. CTIX is not in the "endzone" until the trial is halted (God forbid) or concluded. Now is not the time to celebrate . . . that day is coming (hopefully.)
