The accountant missed the deadline, happens all the time, you should know that of all people... I fully expected the bid to fall on that unfortunate update. We'll get the financial data done and the market will eventually catch up to our underlying entity operations.

Anyhow, we would just buy the shares back, as we have previously PR'd about doing. Due to that simple fact...our stock would NEVER stay in "Trip Zero" for more than 15 minutes - so do as you please.

Maybe we get 30000% from .0005 - who knows? I know I'd be buying again , so you'd have to beat me to them shares! LOL


If you decide to become a shareholder... congratz.    If not, no worries, just keep checking in for updates, filings, etc  and watch as the company grows throughout the years.
