Is dilution bad?? A quick answer will be a big YES if it was done for no good reasons like paying to your staff or paying yourself etc.. But what when it comes to expansion and growth, that $1 you take to bring it back $2. Its that simple guys we should know IF that was the case and I am sure the plan is there for ICPA to GROW like what they did buying (PTV) I will be happy since I own some of this company and YES I want it to GROW.
